About Us

Paddle Real Estate is a boutique firm founded by husband-and-wife team Cori Ash & Scott Pitzalis. Based in Asheville, we proudly serve homeowners throughout all of Western North Carolina. As full-time agents, we specialize exclusively in listing, marketing, and selling residential properties. Unlike large firms that prioritize buyers and volume, we take a quality-over-quantity approach. By focusing solely on home sellers, we provide a personalized experience that larger firms simply can’t match. From strategic pricing and expert staging advice, to high-end marketing and skilled negotiations...we handle every detail with care.

At our core, we’re a family business. Around our dinner table, conversations often drift to market trends, client stories, and neighborhood insights—so much so, that even our kids, despite their protests, have become familiar with the industry. Our family values of honesty, hard work, integrity, and continuous improvement aren't just corporate lingo, but the examples we want to show our children everyday.

Why
The Name
Paddle?

Paddle w_transparent background.png

Our name is more than just a title — it’s a reflection of who we are and how we approach our work. The paddle is a powerful metaphor for how we guide our clients through the home selling process. Inspired by our passion for water sports like kayaking and rafting, we understand the importance of balance, precision, and trust when navigating unpredictable waters. Just as a paddle is an essential tool for steering through challenging currents, we see ourselves as your trusted guide, helping you navigate the often complex and stressful journey of selling a home. With the right direction, steady hand, and expertise, the process becomes not only manageable but also extremely rewarding.
